- Step 1: Register and submit your online application on the CSC Online Application System at studyinchina.csc.edu.cn, selecting Program Type B.
- Step 2: After completing the CSC application, register and submit your application at UESTC’s Admission System at admission.uestc.edu.cn, selecting Chinese Government Program as your funding source.
