The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a fully funded PhD scholarship designed for outstanding international students. It provides an opportunity to pursue a PhD in Science and Technology in Singapore, collaborating with prestigious institutions such as:

- Full waiver of tuition fees for four years.

- Monthly stipend of $2,700, which increases to $3,200 after passing the Qualification Examination.

- One-time settling-in allowance: $1,000.

Required Documents

- Essential:
- A valid passport.
- Recent passport-sized photo in .jpeg or .png format.

- Bachelor’s certificate/degree or a certification letter from the university (if degree certificate is pending).
- Two recommendation reports from referees.
- Optional:
- GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, SAT I & II, or GATE results may be required by the university.
