Applications are now open for the Royal Thai Government Scholarships 2025 at the Asian Institute of Science and Technology in Thailand. This fully funded scholarship is available to international students who wish to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree in Thailand for the academic year 2025-2026.
About the Royal Thai Government Scholarships
The scholarship is offered for postgraduate programs in almost all academic fields and majors at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). There is no application fee, and all expenses will be covered, including tuition, registration, accommodation, and living expenses.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be from Bhutan, Timor-Leste, ASEAN countries, or other Asian countries.
- Have an excellent academic record in a 4-year undergraduate or 2-year Master’s program with a CGPA of ≥ 3.5.

- Research proposal
- English proficiency score (IELTS 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in writing)
