The Erasmus Mundus Goals Scholarship 2025-27 is a prestigious, fully funded master’s program offered jointly by five leading European universities specializing in sports management. Designed to prepare students for careers in sports, management, and recreational disciplines, this scholarship addresses the growing demand for skilled sports managers amid the increasing global significance of sports organizations.
As part of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters program, this scholarship integrates academic theory, practical application, empirical research, and policy evaluation. Recipients will gain hands-on experience working with sports organizations and can later pursue independent careers as consultants, partners, or industry experts. Additionally, students will participate in a one-week summer school between their second and third semesters.
Before the program officially begins, the University of Lille will host an introductory week featuring seminars, excursions, and cultural activities, allowing students to engage with faculty and peers. In the third semester, participants can choose between an internship with a sports organization or research-based activities in a laboratory setting. Upon completing the program in France, Portugal, Lithuania, Poland, and Luxembourg, graduates will be well-prepared for professional success in the global sports industry.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Not have previously received an Erasmus Mundus scholarship (EMJM, Erasmus Mundus Master Course, or Joint Doctorate).
- Not hold another EMJM scholarship while enrolled in the GOALS program.
- Repay the scholarship if found guilty of fraudulent activity or misinformation.
- Hold an undergraduate degree.
- Have an academic background in sports or physical education.
- Demonstrate English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
