12th Heidelberg Laureate Forum (HLF) 2025 in Germany – Fully Funded
Applications are now open for the 12th Heidelberg Laureate Forum (HLF) 2025 in Germany. This fully funded annual event will take place in Heidelberg from September 13 to 20, 2025. Open to participants worldwide, the forum welcomes Undergraduate, Master’s, PhD, and Postdoctoral researchers in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Each year, the HLF Forum gathers around 200 outstanding international applicants to engage with leading experts and award-winning researchers in their fields. This unique conference offers young scholars the opportunity to network with laureates of the most prestigious awards in Mathematics and Computer Science. There is no application fee, and all expenses are covered.

Arrival Information

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to applicants of all nationalities
- Students in Mathematics and Computer Science (or related fields) can apply
- Undergraduate and Pre-Master students (pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) are eligible
- PhD candidates currently enrolled in a program can apply
- Postdoctoral researchers (within five years of earning a PhD) are eligible, including those working in industry or academia as Assistant Professors
